Don't worry about the diet, it will take time. I am doing alright but need to start moving more. I just am very busy at the moment getting ready for so many events coming up. So I can only do what I can do. I did not get much of a response on my post, so you are not the only one that must not think they are doing well.
I will be going to Spokane for the show and my daughter lives near Portland in VanCouver Wa. Where is that from you?
