Old Out Buildings

These days I find myself loving all old outbuildings, I look at there structures and admire how they have aged. I wish I was able to have them all and just furnish them with very primitive furniture. How do all of you feel when you come across a old structure? Hugs Mary

The Heat is on in the PACIFIC NORTHWEST

Hot here in the Pacific Northwest, I have been on Hydrenga alert. I have umbrellas over some of them so they don't get burned. I watered all day. I had the shop open today and people were real grummpy................the heat brings the meaness out in people. I must of drank a dozen crystal lights.....................We offered cold water and juice to our customers and it did seem to make a few happy. Have a wonderful Sunday. HUGS MARY

VINTAGE BEDS

We seem to be at the right place at the right time. We have been able to acquire vintage beds with out even looking for them. These two twin cuties were to hard to resist. The elderly lady I got these from said they were 100 years old. I purchased them both for $40.00. I almost felt guilty. I think these gems would look good in a spare bedroom.............I can see them with matching frilly lace bed skirts and beautifull quilts...............................I am really going to have to think about this, I am also tempted to see if they would look good as a full bed.........IDEAS......................what is your thought. Have a great week. HUGS MARY
