This is in the CIRCUS ROOM, where the grooms stand in's were getting ready, there were 8 of them, this was not wallpapeer border this was a raised plaster and then painted. I just loved it. The light looked like baloons hanging. Can you just imagine how these guys had a blast in this room, my husband said it was not easy getting them all to get with the program but it all ended well.
