Hello fellow bloggers. I am trying to get some ideas for my mudd room downstairs.......I have a huge room that was once my ex husband's office, it could of been a garage.......I always dreamed of using it as a mudd room and now I think it is going to happen. I am sure I won't have any problems fixing it up. I can just get so many ideas from Pinterest and I can really do a lot of dreaming by looking at Pottery Barn. Hello fellow bloggers, happy Saturday. We are recoving from our ice and snow storm slowly. I am dreaming of flowers. Here is a snapshot of a photo of a Oleander that I took while on vacation in Houston, they brought back alot of memories to me. I grew up in Las Vegas and these were every where so it makes a lot of sense to have these grow in Houston to, they both have that dry weather they require. Decorating around my books

Do you love books? WELL I must confess I do!!! Love old, new, vintage, and lets not forget the magazines. The quilting, gardening, arts and craft ones it is simply compulsive but they bring me joy. I have figured out several ways to have them in my home using various ways to display them. What about you? MORE TESTING TO BE DONE

So here it goes, the Doctor has me going thru more testing to determine if I need a pace maker installed. Well if that is the case bring it on so I can start to get my energy back. I see the cardiologist on the 18th and he will make a determination then in the mean time I have to take it easy, keep up a diary and wear a heart monitor so it can record my daily beats of my heart. Re-purpose furniture

I have become a big fan over the last year on buying good quality furniture and giving it a new life, I am the kind of person that goes crazy at the Goodwill, I find good quality furniture and in time come up with ideas how to re-purpose it, I do not like waste. I just may take a little longer to get to it cause I HAVE way to many hobbies and my love for doing things gets me off course. Here is a wonderful closet that have been transformed into a beauty, I will add this to me bucket list to do this year, wish me luck. Hugs Mary

New Year , what to start first

What is the first thing to tackle on this new year. I am still on bed rest so the x-mas decorations have to go for another week, I may try to take a few things down but not the tree for sure, it took me a week to decorate it so I am sure it will take a week to take down. Hubby and I have had a artificial tree for about 5 years now and I just love it. The lights are already on it and it looks fabulous even with out the decorations. I love to decorate my tree with lots of pretty ornaments, here are some photo's of some of my new ornaments I bought this year, have a great day everyone Hugs Mary
