Are the wheel spokes wooden? Just yesterday, I purchase a doll that would be right at home in your buggy. The doll isn't vintage but looks vintage.
Your buggy brought back a great memory. My husband and I refurbished the one we had and used it for a bassinet for our first baby. Didn't look near as pretty as yours. We enjoyed it for years then sold it at a garage sale.
